Flathead Lake bunkhouse

near Polson, Montana

Lakefront sleeping cabin/ guest quarters for children near an existing family lake home. Low impact construction on piers and natural rock formations minimized on-site disturbance in a sensitive natural environment. 100% reused exterior cladding, including re-milled Douglas fir and salvaged corrugated steel. This project utilized the design/ build relationship in the truest sense; Matt Sleightholm designed the structure in conversation with the client and executed all facets of building.
